Manage Subscription
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your JetInbox subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.
Upgrading Your Plan
Ready for unlimited emails and team features? Upgrading from Essential to Pro is instant.
Open Billing Settings
Go to Settings → Billing from your dashboard.
Select Pro Plan
Click “Upgrade to Pro” and confirm the change.
Immediate Access
Pro features are activated instantly. You’ll be charged the prorated difference.
Downgrading Your Plan
If you need fewer features, you can downgrade from Pro to Essential.
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You’ll retain Pro features until the period ends
- Team features and brand voice settings will become read-only
- Email limits will apply from the next billing cycle
Cancelling Your Subscription
We’re sorry to see you go. To cancel your subscription:
Access Customer Portal
Go to Settings → Billing and click “Manage Subscription” to open the Stripe customer portal.
Cancel Subscription
Select “Cancel plan” and confirm. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.
After cancellation, your account data is retained for 30 days. You can reactivate anytime during this period to restore everything.
Payments & Invoices
JetInbox uses Stripe for secure payment processing. All billing management is handled through the Stripe customer portal.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through Stripe:
Credit & Debit Cards
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
Bank Transfers
ACH direct debit (US) and SEPA (EU) available
Updating Payment Method
To update your card or payment details:
Open Customer Portal
Go to Settings → Billing and click “Manage Subscription” to access the Stripe portal.
Update Payment Method
Click “Update payment method” and enter your new card details.
Invoices & Receipts
All invoices are automatically generated and available in the Stripe customer portal:
- Invoices are emailed to you after each successful payment
- Download PDF invoices from the customer portal anytime
- View complete payment history and upcoming charges
- Update billing email address for invoice delivery

When you’re ready to continue with JetInbox:
Choose Your Plan
Go to Settings → Billing and select Essential ($39/month) or Pro ($59/month).
Enter Payment Details
Add your credit card or payment method through our secure Stripe checkout.
Continue Seamlessly
Your account converts instantly with all your settings, preferences, and history intact.
Trial Expiration
If your trial expires without converting to a paid plan:
- You’ll lose access to email generation features
- Your account data is preserved for 30 days
- You can upgrade anytime to restore full access
- We’ll send reminder emails before expiration
