The JetInbox dashboard gives you a clear view of your email generation activity and the time you’re saving. What you see depends on your role.
What You’ll See
Admin View
Organisation-wide statistics including:
- Total emails generated (all team members)
- Total time saved across organisation
- Usage by team member
- Monthly trends
Member View
Personal statistics including:
- Your emails generated
- Your time saved
- Your monthly activity
- Recent email history
Accessing the Dashboard
Click Dashboard in the main navigation to view your statistics. The dashboard updates in real-time as you generate emails.
Key statistics are also displayed on the home screen after you log in, so you can see your impact at a glance.

JetInbox tracks your email generation activity to help you understand your productivity and usage patterns.
Metrics Tracked
Emails Generated
Total count of emails created through JetInbox this month.
Daily Activity
Your email generation pattern throughout the day and week.
Audience Breakdown
Distribution of emails by audience type (suppliers, lessors, etc.).
Monthly Trends
How your usage has changed over the current billing period.
Recent Activity
The dashboard shows your most recent email generations, including:
- Subject line — What the email was about
- Audience type — Who the email was written for
- Communication style — Whether it was brief, standard, or comprehensive
- Timestamp — When the email was generated
JetInbox stores metadata about your email generations for analytics. The actual email content is not stored after generation unless you explicitly save it.
Time Saved
JetInbox calculates how much time you’re saving based on the type of emails you generate. Different audience types typically require different amounts of time to compose manually.
How We Calculate Time Saved
Each email type has a weighted time estimate based on research with aviation professionals:
New Customer/Lead
Outreach emails require careful positioning and value communication.
External Partner
Supplier and partner emails need precise technical language.
Existing Customer
Customer communications balance relationship and information.
Manager
Updates to leadership need clarity and professionalism.
Colleagues
Internal team emails are typically quicker to compose.
Average
Default estimate for other audience types.
These estimates factor in the additional time non-native English speakers spend ensuring correct aviation terminology, compliance language, and professional tone.
Understanding Your Savings
Your dashboard shows cumulative time saved this month. For example, if you’ve generated 50 emails across different audience types, JetInbox calculates the weighted total based on what each would have taken manually.
